Logging Execution Duration for Custom Code in Telemetry

You can now view execution duration for custom code entries in the Telemetry module under the existing Time Stamp column, regardless of the log level configured for your tenant. The system records the total execution time for each custom code operation, even when the log level is set to a restrictive level (for example, Error). For more information, see Telemetry Logs.

Consistent Date and DateTime Formatting in Workflows

Introduced the following enhancements to Date and DateTime handling in Workflow Variables, Criteria Builder, Decision Builder, and resource dropdowns that support manual Date or DateTime entry:

• Standardized how Date and DateTime values display across workflow configuration screens to ensure a consistent experience.
• Applied a consistent format hierarchy to maintain predictable date and time formatting.
• Aligned time zone handling to ensure accurate cross-day adjustments for DateTime values.
• Enhanced locale support so month names, numerals, and AM/PM markers reflect the selected locale.
• Enabled dynamic re-rendering of values when you update locale or date/time settings.

Improved Workflow Stability

Improved how Conga Platform workflows run when you edit and adjust the order of activities. Workflows continue to run correctly when you:

• Add new activities
• Remove existing activities
• Reorder activities within a workflow

Sync Attributes from Primary to Secondary Line Items

Enhanced the reverse sync process to automatically copy attribute lookup values from a primary line item to all related secondary charge line items in a Salesforce. This behavior is controlled by a flag:

• When true: During reverse sync, secondary line items inherit and display the attribute values from their parent primary line item.
• When false: The system follows the existing behavior. It does not sync attributes from primary to secondary line items.

Support Multiple Target Objects in Forward Sync

You can now configure multiple forward sync mappings for one Salesforce object, and all mapped Conga Advantage Platform objects are updated successfully. Dependent lookup fields are also populated once the related records are synced.

Enhanced LineItem Reverse Sync Logic

Introduced robust retry logic for the LineItem reverse sync process in the Conga Advantage Platform to handle intermittent connection failures. This update enhances reliability for administrators and implementation teams by automatically handling transient network or server interruptions during reverse synchronization.
