Enhancements
The following enhancements are new to Conga Advantage Platform in this release.
Bulk Async Operations Optimization
Bulk Async operations now process queries more efficiently, improving query performance and speeding up data processing. The optimization specifically targets query execution in higher environments, resulting in faster and more reliable bulk data operations.
Default Product Assignment for Email Templates
A template can be designated as the default for one or more products, while each product can have only one default template. The platform displays a clear error message when you attempt to assign a different default template to a product and prevents deletion of templates that are assigned as the default for any product. Cloned templates do not inherit default product assignments, and OOTB templates allow changes only to their default product mappings. For more information, see Email Templates.
Support for New Languages in Translation Management
Translation Management now supports seven additional languages: Chinese (Traditional), Danish, Finnish, Norwegian (Bokmål), Korean, Russian, and Thai. These languages include out-of-the-box translations for platform messages, validation and error messages, and applicable schema text, allowing organizations to enable and use the new languages without manually translating the existing platform content.
Administrators can enable or disable these languages through the Locale Setup. The platform automatically generates the required translations when an organization enables a new locale.
For more information, see Translation Management.
Automatic Security Scanning for Custom Code Deployments
When you deploy a Custom Code package, the system scans the code for common vulnerabilities and blocks vulnerable code from being deployed. This helps you identify security issues early and follow secure development practices. For more information, see Custom Code Project Deployment.
Extensibility API: Import Custom Code and Manage Log Levels
You can now use the following Extensibility Service endpoints to import custom code and manage custom code log levels.
POST /api/extensibility/v1/customcode/{ProjectName}/import: Imports a custom code package into a custom code project.PATCH /api/extensibility/v1/customcode/log-level: Creates or updates the log level for a project, class, or method.GET /api/extensibility/v1/customcode/{name}/log-levels: Returns all log level settings for a project.GET /api/extensibility/v1/customcode/log-level/{name}: Returns the log level setting for a specific class or method.
For more information, see Configuring Log-Level Overrides for Custom Code.
Data Sync: Improved Error Messages for Salesforce Settings
You can now see specific, actionable error messages when saving Salesforce settings in Data Sync. If a required setting is missing or incorrect, the system lists every issue at once, so you can fix everything in a single pass. Each message identifies the setting that caused the error. This validation checks the Salesforce Connected App credentials, My Domain URL, and org permissions. The system also trims extra spaces from setting values automatically when the settings save successfully.
Modern UI: Admin Sidebar Reorganized into Grouped Settings
The administrator sidebar has been reorganized to provide a simpler and more intuitive navigation experience. Frequently used settings remain easily accessible, while related administrative pages are grouped together, making it easier to find and manage settings. Some groups include multiple levels that you can expand to access additional options. All existing admin pages and access permissions remain unchanged.
Contact your Conga Support Representative to enable the grouped admin sidebar navigation.
