Enhancements

The following enhancements are new to Contracts in this release.

DocuSign Integration: Upgrade to OAuth 2.0 Authentication

We upgraded the DocuSign integration to use OAuth 2.0 authentication, replacing the deprecated username and password method. All existing DocuSign features, including sending envelopes, status checks, downloads, and webhooks, continue to function with the new authentication flow. For more information see DocuSign Self Service implementation.

Fixed Issues

The following issues are fixed in this release. If any actions are required, they will be listed in this table.

00962167	CONTRACTS-40037	Bulk upload functionality fails to process records when the upload operation exceeds the default timeout period, resulting in unsuccessful uploads.
N/A	CONTRACTS-39081	Forgot Password links remain valid after an email address change, allowing unauthorized password resets and potential account takeovers. This issue affects multiple URLs, including https://app1.congacontracts.com/Portal/ and its regional variants, such as https://apac-app1.congacontracts.com/Portal/ and https://eu-app1.congacontracts.com/Portal/. The fix ensures that once the email is changed for portal user, then the existing password reset link is no longer valid.
N/A	CONTRACTS-39080	The following security updates were made: First Name, Last Name, and Company name field are sanitized and URLs will not be allowed in these fields while creating the new portal user. Email uniqueness is now enforced and using '.' or '+ any number' will be checked for uniqueness. The following emails will be treated as same emails: example@gmail.com exam.ple@gmail.com example+1@gmail.com
00936754	CONTRACTS-37804	Scheduled reports are sent even when the "Do not send empty report" option is enabled for Advanced Reports.
00947383	CONTRACTS-37564	The Recent Messages portlet on the Home dashboard displays a spinning wheel and times out, preventing messages from appearing.

Known Issues

The following unresolved issues are known to Conga at the time of this release.

CONTRACTS-40401	Flow still shows a completed package is out for signature, and the Final signed document is missing.
CONTRACTS-38492	Archived contract profiles and associated documents continue to appear in Search results despite reindexing the system.
CONTRACTS-38411	Search produces an error when searching for keywords "doc" and "docu," resulting in the exception message: `JSONObject["personFirstName"] not a string.` Other keyword searches, such as "do," "docum," and "document," function correctly.
