While saving a Quote with no pricelist selected, two quotes are added in Conga (Salesforce) with the same external IDs.

Workaround:

In conga, while creating externalId field on Apttus_Proposal__Proposal__c object, choose:

  • Unique - Do not allow duplicate values.
    • Treat "ABC" and "abc" as duplicate values (case insensitive).
  • External ID - Set this field as the unique record identifier from an external system.

If the field is already created, edit and update the above values.
