Clause Library Enhancements

You can now view the related tab of a Clause in the Clause Library to see if the Restrict to Alternate Clauses or Changes Require Approval options were selected during clause creation.

For more information on these options, see Creating Clauses for Contracts for Salesforce Documents and Setting up Clause Level Approvals in the Contracts for Salesforce documentation.

Clause Library User Interface Update

We have provided helptext for various fields throughout the Clause Library. Click the “i” icon next to a field’s name for a brief description of the field’s purpose.
