Enhancements
The following enhancements are new to CPQ in this release.
SPO Callout Payload Configuration for Dimensions and Overrides
Administrators can now configure the SPO callout payload to send Dimensions and Overrides as either shared or batch item arrays, supporting both quote-level and line item-level data. This structure reduces request payload size and addresses Salesforce message size limitations by allowing up to 100 batch items, each with individual keys and overrides.
For more information, see SPO Callout Payload with Dimensions and Overrides.
Display and Apply Price Recommendations as Extended or Gross Values
The 'APTS_SPOMPriceMethod' global admin property supports "Unit" and "Extended" values, with "Unit" as the default. The Line Item object's Adjustment Type picklist now includes "Price Override (Floor)", "Price Override (Expert)", and "Price Override (Target)" options.
When APTS_SPOMPriceMethod is set to "Extended", administrators display and store price recommendations as extended or gross values on line items, allowing sales representatives to compare and apply these values directly. The price guidance pop-up shows extended values, and you can apply ‘Apply Target Price’, ‘Apply Floor Price’, or ‘Apply Expert Price’ using Price Override without affecting the base price override field. This feature activates when bundle rollup of price recommendations is enabled and stores gross amounts in out-of-the-box fields.
For more information, see APTS_SPOMPriceMethod admin setting.
Price Recommendations for Bundles
This release introduces per?unit price guidance for bundles and their options, helping sales users negotiate bundle deals more effectively. Bundles are handled as collections of individual items, with the system managing pricing rollups for bundles, options, and sub?bundles. Net unit prices for bundle components are evaluated, and floor, expert, and target unit price recommendations are generated for each line item. These recommendations are then extended and rolled up using option pricing logic to produce accurate, bundle?level price guidance.
Fixed Issues
There are no fixed issues in this release.
Known Issues
The following unresolved issues are known to Conga at the time of this release.
| Conga Internal ID | Description |
|---|---|
| CPQ-108019 | Functionality to terminate the asset and getting full refund for the whole Asset TCV, instead of refund for the current year, not working as expected. |
| CPQ-107885 | When performing an Asset-Based Ordering (ABO) operation, the cart may display incorrect serial numbers (line sequence) after products are removed and assets are added again. This issue can result in non-sequential line numbering in the cart. |
| CPQ-107843 | The system does not convert the minimum price defined in the parent Price List to the currency of the derived Price List during pricing calculation in a Based-On Price List configuration. As a result, the system applies the minimum price in the parent Price List currency instead of the derived Price List currency. |
| CPQ-107741 | The Bundle Summary UI may become distorted when a large number of options are added to a bundle after upgrading from the June ’24 release to the October ’25 release. This issue can affect the layout and display of bundle details in the cart. |
| CPQ-107338 | Validation messages generated through the validation callback for duplicate product lines disappear from the cart page after being displayed. This issue occurs when the same product is added multiple times to the cart, causing the validation message to appear briefly and then disappear. |
