Enhancements
The following enhancement is new to Conga eSignature integration with Conga Platform in this release:
Adobe Sign Cycle Tracking
Contract managers can now track Adobe Sign signature cycles from the Adobe Sign panel on the Contract Details page. The panel displays contract document name, overall signature progress, signer statuses, and an audit trail with a detailed event log including user, email, event type, timestamp, and description for each document.
Administrators can enable this functionality by assigning the Adobe Sign Tracking action on the Agreement object in a user's permission group. This permission is enabled by default in the following out-of-the-box groups:
- Agreement.ModifyAllPermissionGroup
- Agreement.CongaCLMUserPermissionGroup
- Agreement.CongaCLMAdminPermissionGroup
Audit trail data can also be accessed via the /api/esign/v1/adobe/{eSignTransactionId}/audittrail API endpoint. For more information, see Tracking Adobe Sign Cycle in eSignature Integration with Advantage Platform user's guide.
