In these release notes, you can find enhancements and fixed and known issues for the Sign 202602.1.0 release. For documentation updates, see What's New in Sign Documentation.

Enhancements

The following enhancements are new to Sign in this release.

Data Retention Settings Page Update

Configure all data retention settings for the organization on the updated Data Retention page, including options for Archived Transactions, Total Transaction Lifetime, Incomplete Transactions, Include Sent Transactions, Completed Transactions, Draft Transactions, Sent Transactions, Declined Transactions, and Expired Transactions.

A new caution message is displayed indicating that the Total Transaction Lifetime setting takes precedence and deletes transactions when its limit is shorter than other data retention limits.

The GET and PUT API endpoints /api/dataRetentionSettings/dataManagementPolicy can be used to view and update retention policies.

Fixed Issues

There are no fixed issues in this release.

Known Issues

The following unresolved issues are known to Conga at the time of this release.

Conga Internal ID Description
COREAPPS-18562

Affected users: Customers using the new Platform UI only. Users on the legacy interface are not impacted.

  • Dashboard Navigation - Users are unable to navigate back to the Sign Dashboard from a transaction record page.
  • Transaction Package ID - Users are unable to retrieve the Package ID from the transaction URL.
  • Conga Sign Settings Redirects - Users are unable to access Conga Sign Settings with proper redirect behavior.
  • External Salesforce Org Connectivity - Users are unable to connect to external Salesforce Orgs from within Conga Sign.

Recommended Action

If you are on the new Platform UI and wish to continue working without interruption, please contact Conga Support to be temporarily reverted to the legacy interface while these issues are being resolved.
