Enhancements
The following enhancements are new to Sign in this release.
SigningUrls API Response Enhancement
The https://<host-domain>/api/sign/v1/cs-packages/<PackageId>/signingUrls endpoint now includes the signerId field in its response, along with the existing roleId, signer name, signer email, and SigningURL for each recipient. This update enables users and integrators to retrieve the unique identifier for each signer directly from the API response for improved tracking and reference.
Sign eSignature API: RoleId Support in Payload for Recipient Roles
The Conga Sign eSignature API now accepts an optional RoleId in the payload, enabling the specified role identifier to be used when creating recipient roles. If RoleId is not provided, a random identifier is generated; RoleId is ignored for other providers.
Business Identity Tab Migration in Account Settings
The Business Identity tab in Account Settings now uses the new Platform UI, allowing administrators to upload, delete, and manage company logos in supported formats up to 1 MB and 25840 px. Configure primary branding color, alert colors (Success, Warning, Error, Info), and signature button colors, with options to reset to system defaults and save all changes. Accessibility improvements are included to align with the latest design standards.
Sign Configuration Sidebar Navigation
The new user interface introduces a sidebar navigation for Sign Configuration, providing dedicated tabs for Account Settings, General Settings, and Connector Settings. Administrators can now access each settings area directly from the sidebar, streamlining navigation and organization of configuration options.
Data Retention Tab in Account Settings
The Data Retention tab in Account Settings is now available in the new Platform UI, allowing administrators to view and configure retention periods or set transactions as Unlimited for Total Transactions, Lifetime, Archived, Incomplete, Completed, Draft, Sent, and Declined statuses. Each transaction type supports independent configuration with numeric validation, and explanatory text is provided regarding default deletion after 120 days for transactions not in sent status. Use the Reset Defaults button to restore all values to system defaults and Save Settings to persist changes.
Sign: Individual Signer Status Tracking and API Enhancements
The signing-cycle API endpoint now supports Conga Sign, allowing users to track the status of each individual signer—including roles, progress, and color-coded statuses—for every document sent for signature, in addition to existing support for other providers. The unified signature tracking panel displays document name, signature cycle, overall status, provider label, sent date, and detailed signer information, with consistent behavior across all supported sign providers. New and updated endpoints provide comprehensive recipient records and event logs, reflecting all signing events such as sign, decline, expire, recall, and reassignment in both transaction and recipient records.
Conga Sign Template Selection APIs
The Conga Sign template APIs enable integrations to retrieve available templates and fetch an individual template configuration to support template selection when sending contract documents for signature.
GET /api/esign/v1/esignatures/templates?signProviderType=CongaSign: Retrieves the list of available Conga Sign Templates, IDs, and descriptions.
GET /api/esign/v1/esignatures/template/{templateId}?signProviderType=CongaSign: Retrieves the configuration of a specific Conga Sign template, including document and field-placement details.
Sent Transaction Expiry Time Settings in Account Settings
The Sent Transaction Expiry Time tab in Account Settings is now available in the new Platform UI, allowing administrators to configure default and maximum expiry periods in days or set them as unlimited. All changes to expiry settings are saved and applied immediately. This update includes numeric validation for input fields and improved accessibility for a consistent user experience.
