Enhancements
The following enhancements are new to Sign in this release.
Document Accessibility Toggle in Template Creation
Added the Enforce document accessibility toggle to the template creation popup, allowing users to specify whether document accessibility is enforced for all documents uploaded using the template. Enable or disable this setting to control accessibility requirements for recipients, supporting compliance with accessibility standards.
Conga Sign API: Store Transaction Documents in Conga Drive Setting
The Conga Sign API supports the account-level setting Store Transaction Documents in Conga Drive, which controls whether transaction documents are stored in Conga Drive. This setting defaults to enabled for all accounts, with new endpoints GET /api/sign/v1/cs-customsettings/account and PUT /api/sign/v1/cs-customsettings/account available for retrieving and updating the configuration. All existing accounts are migrated to have this setting enabled by default, and the API evaluates this setting during transaction processing to determine document storage behavior.
Store Transaction Documents in Conga Drive Toggle
A new Store Transaction Documents in Conga Drive toggle is available in Conga Sign Settings, allowing administrators to control whether transaction documents are automatically stored in Conga Drive. The toggle is enabled by default for all existing and new accounts, and the backend respects the selected value during transaction processing.
