New Features
The following features are new to Sign in this release.
Conga Branding Updates Across Sign Products
All supported sign products now reflect the latest Conga branding, including updated logos, color schemes, and visual elements. The Conga Sign Dashboard, Connector pages, and all sections within the Conga Sign Settings user interface display the new Conga brand identity for a consistent and unified appearance.
The updated company logo and favicon are now present in Sign Recipient email templates and the Sign UI across all environments, regions and customer accounts. These changes align all branding assets with current Conga standards, providing a cohesive user experience. No modifications are made to product functionality or user permissions as part of this update.
Conga Sign: Event Logging, API Enhancements, Dashboard Time Zone, and Platform Updates
Centralized logging for notification events is available across the Sign, SignConnector, SignListener, SignCallback, and eSign services. These services capture event details in dedicated logging tables. New API endpoints allow retrieval of event histories by PackageId in chronological order, supporting robust validation, error handling, and logging. Existing event processing flows remain unchanged, enabling administrators and implementation teams to audit and monitor OneSpan event activity across services.
