Manually marked clauses in XA Redline AI enabling automatic playbook rule matching and risk assessment. For more information, see Using Redline Agent for Risk Assessment .

Auto Sync of Reviewer Responses in Review Workflow

Platform administrators can now enable automatic ingestion of reviewer responses in the review workflow. Reviewer responses are automatically marked as Completed, captured as sub-versions, and made available in the review cycle and Documents tab.

Review Cycle Completion and Reconciliation for O365 and Manual Offline Modes

Contract managers can now complete a review cycle and reconcile reviewer changes into a new master document version in both O365 and Manual Offline modes. The system captures reviewer changes, updates the review cycle status, records finish actions in the audit trail, and advances the contract status based on configured workflow transitions.

Auto-ingest Reviewer Email Responses for Manual Offline Reviews

Manual Offline review responses received by email are now automatically ingested. Reviewer status is updated to Completed, and the response is captured as a sub-version with reviewer and response details. The sub-version is available in the review cycle and Documents tab.

XA Feature Management: Tenant Level Control for Redline Agent

Administrators can now enable or disable Redline Agent at the tenant level using the new XA Feature Management page in CLM Admin. For more information, see About Redline Agent.
