New Features and Enhancements

The following features are new to Conga X-Author for Contracts Advanced in this release.

Document List Enhancement

Only properly generated documents now appear when you open a contract document in X-Author for Contracts Advanced. Invalid or incomplete documents no longer appear.

Discovery AI Enhancements

  • After opening a document through Review Import Results fot Discovery AI, making changes, then checking-in your contract document, the status in CLM changes from Ready to Review to the In Authoring status category and Author Contract status

  • Review Import Results and Insights options are only available for contract documents that have been uploaded through Discovery AI and marked as Ready for Review.

Segments Enhancement

You can now name the conditional and style segments you create. The new name field is mandatory and allows a maximum of forty (40) characters. Alphanumeric, special characters, and spaces are permitted. You can search for this name using the search bar in the Segments tab. Existing segments will be named "Segment Conditional" for conditional segments and "Segment Regular" for style segments and you can edit these names.
