System Requirements and Supported Platforms

For requirements and recommendations to consider before installing the Conga product suite, see the System Requirements and Supported Platforms Matrix.

The following versions of Microsoft Word are recommended for the Mac OS and Windows operating systems. Using other versions with X-Author for Contracts Advanced may result in errors:

  • Mac OS: Version 16.104.1 (26010228)

  • Windows: Semi annual channel (v2508 ,19127.20484)

New Features and Enhancements

The following features are new to Conga X-Author for Contracts Advanced in this release.

Reference Type Field Value Support after Data extraction with Discovery AI

You can now successfully mark reference type fields located in the Missing tab after data extraction using Discovery AI.

Disable Create Offline Action Permission

When the Disable Create Offline action permission option is checked in Admin Console, then users do not see the Create tab option in X-Author for Contracts Advanced and will not have the ability to create offline agreements. For more information, see Custom Permissions and Creating Offline Agreements.

There were no fixed issues in this release.

Known Issues

The following unresolved issues are known to Conga at the time of this release.

N/AThere are known issues from Microsoft Word version 6.104 (25121423) that restricts the X-Author for Contract Advanced pane attachment post "Update from CLM" action, rendering doc fields, and the compare and merge actions. Conga recommended any users experiencing these issues to upgrade to latest stable Microsoft Word version 16.104.1 (26010228).
