Before beginning setup, confirm the following:

Licensing

• Your organization has purchased Conga Sign for the Advantage Platform. Conga Sign may not be included with other products available on the Conga Advantage Platform.

• Your organization has completed the provisioning stage of Conga onboarding. If provisioning is not yet complete, contact your Conga account team before proceeding.

Access

• You have administrator access to the Conga Advantage Platform.

• You have System Administrator access in Salesforce (if configuring the Salesforce connector or building buttons).

• You have identified or created a dedicated Salesforce integration user to hold the connector OAuth connection. See Salesforce Connector Setup > Creating Dedicated Connector User for requirements.

Environment

• You know which Conga Advantage Platform region your organization is provisioned in (US, EU, or AU). This determines the base URLs used throughout Salesforce Connector Setup.

• You know whether you are working in a Production or Preview/Sandbox environment. Setup steps are the same, but URLs differ - all regional URL variants are documented in Salesforce Connector Setup.
