Audit Trail cannot load due to Spring '25 update

Using the View Audit action fails to load the audit trail properly due to a block from the Salesforce Spring '25 update. In order for the audit trail to load correctly, an Administrator will need to navigate to the Trusted URL page and activate the new Conga_Sign URL record.

How to Activate Trusted URLs:

  1. Go to Salesforce Setup.
  2. Search for and select Trusted URLs in the Quick Find box.
  3. Locate the Conga_Sign trusted URL record.
  4. Click Edit and check the Active checkbox.
  5. Click Save.
