Structuring Email Addresses for Conga Sign and Platform
Admin users may have trouble using the same email address to login to both Conga Sign for Platform.
Your Conga account and Advantage Platform account are two separate logins. When you are logged into Advantage Platform and send out a transaction, Platform uses your associated Conga user credentials to do so. This is due to the User Management section within Conga Sign Settings, which allows you to set up a user with Conga that your Platform Account profile uses to send out transactions.
Scenario: A company using Conga Platform with Conga for eSignature services. One admin user is experiencing issues accessing both the Conga account and the Sign for Platform account due to the limitation of a single email address cannot be used for two separate accounts.
Objective: Ensure the admin user can effectively manage and send out signature using their Conga account while maintaining the functionality of the Conga Platform Sign Account, even though both accounts operate under separate systems.
