Depending on the level of fulfillment of the steps described in the previous chapters, and on the privileges the current user has both in PPSS and CPQ, zero to three PPSS menus can be accessed from the CPQ Designer Dashboard:

	Price management	Always accessible alone in the dashboard. It can’t be combined with the three other icons below. It gives an access to the login page of Price Optimizer. See the below matrix to figure out when it is displayed in the Dashboard.
	Price Lists	Could be displayed alone or combined either with one or both the Pricing Methods or Lookups icons. It gives an access to the Price Lists menu of Price Optimizer. See the below matrix to figure out when it is displayed in the Dashboard.
	Pricing Methods	Could be displayed alone or combined either with one or both the Price Lists or Lookups icons. It gives an access to the Pricing Methods menu of Price Optimizer. See the below matrix to figure out when it is displayed in the Dashboard.

• Up-to-date CPQ: is CPQ V11.7+?
• Up-to-date PPSS: is PPSS in V3.44+?
• Advanced Pricing Enabled: Are all the setup steps described above fulfilled?
• PPSS User: is the CPQ Designer user known in PPSS?
• Price Management Privileges: does the CPQ Designer usage has Price Management privileges?
