** Advanced Price Administration corresponds to PROS Pricing services limited to usage of the following PROS features for the pricing capabilities:
- Data Loading Interfaces: Standard data interfaces for loading of pricing data, such as costs and prices into the PROS solution from external systems as specified in the PROS Systems Integration Document.
- Dimension: Setup and management. Users can specify the dimensions to use for price calculation
and analysis, as well as the number and names of levels within the dimensions. Dimension data loaded into PROS must fit the required data structures for PROS dimensions.
- Real-Time Pricing Methods for CPQ: Admin users can model Pricing Methods. Those Real-time Pricing Methods can be used in the context of the quoting process. With the Smart CPQ license, external systems cannot directly call and execute Pricing APIs
- Price List Administration : Manual Editing of Prices, Mass Update of Prices, Import Prices
- Lookups: Setup and management. Lookups are data tables that are used for pricing method evaluation. Lookups can be used to parameterize pricing methods, store user-facing information relevant to the price calculation, and to store data for the calculation. - Lookups allow data storage at different levels of a dimension.
- Currency and Unit of Measure conversion: Setup and management of currencies, unit of measures, and conversions. PROS automatically uses conversions during price calculations.
