Managing Backup

You can back up existing records of environment, API templates, test steps, test cases, and test suites at the click of a button. To retrieve your backups, contact the Conga Support team.

  1. On the Test Author Administrators page, click Backup.
  2. Click Backup to initiate the process.
    Review the latest backup details and the status.
