Creating a New Configuration
- In Conga Advantage Platform, select Migration Manager under the Shared Apps menu.
- Click New Configuration.
- Enter a name for your configuration.
- Toggle the Is Active button to enable or disable the configuration.
- Click the filter icon beside the Data Filter Criteria field. The Field Criteria popup appears. Select a Field, Operator, and Value. Click Add Criteria to add another filter criteria. Click the trash icon beside a criteria if you wanted to delete a criteria. Once your selections are complete, click Apply.
- Add an optional description for your configuration.
- Under Available Custom Fields, you can search for custom fields you have created. Hover over the field name to display the full field name. Hover over the i icon to display the type of field it is. Click the + icon to add the custom field to your configuration. The field now displays under the Fields Selection for Migration section, and you can click the x icon beside the field to remove it.
- Click Save.
Click on the three dots beside the migration name for options to Edit or Delete.
Click on the name of the configuration to view a details page with all of your selections. There is also an Edit button available on this details page.
