Migrating Templates

Importing a Template or Clause

You can import templates and clauses with standard and custom fields from one Advantage Platform org to another.
  1. In Conga Advantage Platform, select Migration Manager under the Shared Apps menu.
  2. Click Import/Export.
  3. Click Import and navigate to the .zip file of the configuration you want to import containing your templates and clauses. If your file uploads successfully, you receive the confirmation message: "File uploaded successfully!". If the file upload fails, you receive an error message instead.
  4. Click the Status on the main Migration Manager page and search for the configuration you exported. The Status page also displays the status of exports. Under the Action column are the following possible statuses that apply to imports:

    • Failed: If the import fails, you can download a .json file with an error log.

    • In Progress: The import is still processing.

  5. Log in to your Org and verify your selected template or clause was successfully migrated.
Your template or clause configuration is now migrated to your new org.
