The following features are new to Conga CLM on the Conga Platform in this release.
Template Filter Rules
Using template filter rules, you can set up user-defined filters to narrow the list of templates available for generating contract documents or supporting documents.
Setting Up Template Filter Rules
By setting up the template filtering rules, you can set up user-defined filters to narrow the list of Templates available for generating contract documents or supporting documents. Administrators set up the template filter rule and allow contract fields and related child object fields to be used in selecting the templates.
You can create, edit, clone, and delete a template filter rule.
Configuring Pop-up Page Layout
Administrators can configure the page layout of the pop-up window that is displayed on initiating new contract creation through any of the options i.e. Fill out a contract form, Import a Document, or Intelligent Document Import.
Enhancements
The following enhancements are new in this release.
Loading Screen in Wet Signature option
When you send documents for signatures using the Wet Signature option, you can view the loading screen when you click the Send button from the Review screen.
Document Hierarchy in the Documents tab
Users can view all the versions of the document grouped together in a single hierarchy.
