New Features and Enhancements
In this release, the Conga Revenue Lifecycle Platform offers the following new features and enhancements.
Workflows: Components
The Components section allows you to view a list of all stages within workflow definitions, and you can edit, delete, unpublish, or publish them.
Multi-factor authentication (MFA) using Conga IDP
Implemented multi-factor authentication (MFA) with the Conga IDP to enhance security for your application and users' identities. Now, in addition to entering a username and password, users will need to enter a code sent to their business email address during the login process.
Workflows: Update context/related Objects(s) activity
Now you can set two outcomes Fault and Done for the update activity. The Fault outcome allows you to decide what actions to take if the update fails. Under the Fault outcome, you can add activities such as sending an email or connect it to another activity, like iterating through a loop outcome.
Control Application Access for Non-Admin Users
You can now use the Role, Permission Groups, and Admin Permissions features to control which applications non-admin users can see on the Conga Revenue Lifecycle Platform.
Object Data Explorer: Picklist Selection
You can now select the None option for any object with a picklist field in the Object Data Explorer if you don't want to choose a value for that field.
Evaluate Notification Criteria On Trigger
You can now use the Evaluate Criteria On Trigger toggle when creating notifications to check criteria when the notification is triggered. This means the application only considers records that meet the trigger condition at the time the notification is triggered.
