The following features are new to Conga CLM in this release.
Enhanced Expire After Field in AdobeSign Configuration
The Expire After date field in the AdobeSign configuration is split into separate fields for date and time.
Email Notification to User or User Group
An email notification is sent to the group members specified in the user or user group whenever a contract request is created and submitted.
Default Sorting of Contracts Lists
By default, contracts in My Contracts, All Contracts, and Recently Viewed are sorted in descending order based on the modified date.
A contract administrator or a user with Edit Layout permission can control the display of the Owner and Owner Type fields in the page header. By default, these fields are visible. The administrator can hide them by disabling the hide-contract-detail-page-header-owner
feature flag.
Permissions to Access Co-pilot
The administrator can enable Co-Pilot action permissions on the Agreement object in the user’s permission group to allow access to the Co-Pilot feature.
Redline AI feature for Contract Risk Analysis
The AI-powered Redline AI feature analyzes any clause modifications or new provisions introduced externally and identifies the risks associated with these changes. Users with the required action permission have access to this functionality with the following features:
- A barometer provides a quick overview of risks through high, medium, and low levels.
- The Contract Risk Summary displays a detailed breakdown of all clause-specific risks.
- Contract Mitigation Summary provides actionable mitigation strategies for each identified risk. Users can save changes to the contract clauses.
- Preview to view the document preview with text modifications.
- Publish changes to the contract document, with or without redlines
Editing Multiple Records
Administrators can configure field-level permissions on Agreement, Account, and Contact objects, enabling users to edit contract, clause, account, and contact fields accordingly.
Users can now perform the following actions:
- Select multiple contract records and edit them at the same time.
- Select multiple clause records and edit them at the same time.
- Select multiple accounts and edit them at the same time.
