New Features and Enhancements

The following features are new to Conga Contract Intelligence in this release.

Detailed Status Display

Contract Intelligence on the Conga Revenue Lifecycle Platform displays detailed processing status (OCR Processing, Extraction Processing, etc.)

Force-Training Provisions

A new API enables users to force-train a custom provision. A UI using this API is forthcoming.

Reviewed Fields and Clauses are Saved to the Agreement

When a provision is annotated or saved as a draft, that value is saved to the agreement record when the review is complete, whether the provision is trained or untrained.

Page Auto-Refresh

A soft auto-refresh keeps the session active on a bulk upload. This prevents session timeouts from breaking bulk imports.

Preserve Document State

The user flow is improved. CLM users clicking Go to CCI Documents from a document import are taken directly to the imported document instead of the Project Dashboard.

Bulk Upload UX Improvements

On a folder upload, the UI displays the upload’s progress, documents already uploaded, documents remaining to upload, and upload errors. For more, see Importing Documents and Files.
