Pending Approval Notifications

When you submit an approval from Salesforce into Conga Contracts, the request status now displays as "Pending Approval" instead of "Queued". 

Reassign Conga Sign eSignature Packages 

Conga Contracts Administrators can now reassign Conga Sign eSignature packages that are waiting for eSignature.

Conga Sign Audit Trail

You can now view the audit trail for Conga Sign eSignature packages after creation. 

Conga Sign Refresh Option

A Refresh button was added to the Document Package detail screen when Conga Sign is the eSignature provider. 

DocuSign DS Signer Permission for eSignature Integration 

DocuSign users with DS Signer permission can now use the Conga Contracts and DocSign integration

Rest API Additions 

The following additions were added to the Conga Contracts REST API:

  • Partial Record Update—Company. Added the ability to update Company profiles, Company Locations, Company Additional Names and Company Relationships using the API. Also added the "PATCH" verb.
  • Partial Record Update—Contract. Added the ability to update Contract profiles, Contract Addresses, Contract Additional parties and Contract Responsibilities using the API. Also added the "PATCH" verb.
  • Partial Record Update—Child Objects. Added the ability to update Documents, Dynamic Forms, Payments, Users, Company Persons, Persons, Events, and List Admin items using the API. Also added the "PATCH" verb. 
  • Partial Record Update—Projects: Added the ability to update Projects, Project Menu items, and Project Team Members using the API. Also added the "PATCH" verb.

New Contract Profile Beta Features


The new Contract Profile user interface is now available for beta testing in sandbox accounts only by request. If you'd like to enable the new Contract Profile in your sandbox, contact your Customer Success Manager. This is a beta preview and does not yet contain all the features and functionalities of the current interface. 

Profile Rules - Calculate Field

Calculate Field was added as an available profile rule action type in the new Contract Profile user interface. 

Creation Wizard

The contract creation wizard is available in the contract profile user interface to assist with the creation of a new contract. 

You can now edit the navigation links in the left panel of the new user interface. 

Responsibility Grid

You can now view, add, edit, and delete Responsibilities on Edit page of the new Contract Profile.  

User Interface Loading Enhancement 

The Contract profile user interface now displays stencils when loading content instead of a blank white section with a spinning loading graphic. Stencils are placeholders that give you an abstract preview of what the content will look like when fully loaded.
