When a user logs in to Salesforce org. with minimum base package version Conga Base Library, v5.267, and creates or updates an agreement for the first time, a TelemetryLog_c object is created for that user. The user ID, package name, and version are inserted into the object.

Administrators can configure the APTS_DefaultSendersforReview_SendToGoogleDocsReview admin entry to allow users to specify default reviewers for Google Docs review.

Administrators must configure the following classic email templates to notify reviewers.

  • Agreement GoogleDocs Review Notification

Reviewers receive an email notification when the review process is started, ended, or canceled.

Summarizing an Agreement Document

Conga Copilot allows users to generate a summary of an agreement document.

Users can use Conga Copilot to ask chat-formatted questions and receive answers about an agreement document.

XAJS End Point Comply System Property for Google Drive Integration

A new XAJS endpoint is introduced for organizations with Conga CLM and Google Drive integration enabled.

Accessing Co-Pilot

To access Conga Copilot on the Conga Platform through your Salesforce org., administrators must onboard a Salesforce tenant onto the Conga Platform and then configure both Conga Platform and Salesforce Org.

Users can then access Co-Pilot for agreements from the Agreement Documents section.

CLM and Conga Sign 2.0 Integration

Administrators can now use Conga Sign 2.0 as the eSignature provider in CLM. They can enable Conga Sign 2.0 in Salesforce and register callback between Salesforce and Conga Sign 2.0. Through this integration, the users can initiate sending of agreements for Conga Sign 2.0 signature, select recipients, add email message, and insert signature fields for the signatories. They can also track the signature transaction status and edit it.

Adding Reviewers to a Review Cycle

During a review cycle, users can add reviewers to review an agreement document.

Reviewing an Agreement Document

Users can open the document links received through email in Google Docs, allowing them to edit or comment on the document.

Review Cycle of an Agreement Document sent for Google Docs Review

A review cycle is created when you send an agreement document in GDOC format for Google Docs review. Users can view the document’s review progress, can add reviewers, and end or cancel a review cycle.

Ending or Cancelling the Review

Users can end or cancel the review for an individual reviewer or all reviewers in a review cycle.

Sending an Agreement for Google Docs Review

Users can generate an agreement document using the Google Docs-supported templates with GDOC as the output format and send it for Google Docs review.
