Enhancements
The following enhancements are new in this release:
Obligation Management Enhancements
- You can now edit event definitions for an Agreement Lifecycle.
- You can now create a Primary Counterparty Lookup on Agreement objects.
Office 356 Integration Email Notification Enhancement
You can set up email templates to to notify your collaborators when a review cycle is canceled or ended.
Quickstarts User Interface Enhancement
- "Business Process Automation" was renamed to "Quickstarts" throughout the CLM Setup page for clarification and improved user experience.
- Quickstarts packages now display as "Installed" if they already exist within an Org.
Email From Display Name Enhancement
When selecting an Email From Display Name from the Email Display Text Template section, you can now select other objects related to the contract and contract agreement instead of only user object merge fields. Entries in the merge field now must be all lowercase for the system to accept the merge field.
Quickstart Enhancement
The QPQ Quote Quickstart now includes a permission set for the quote lookup field on the contract agreement.
Office 365 Integration Enhancement
The Office 365 setup form now locks and is no longer editable after you click the Submit button.
Updated Microsoft 365 User Interface
We have updated the user interface design for the Microsoft 356 integration to improve the user experience.
Default Obligations for the MSA for Sales Cloud Quickstart
There are now default obligations available when you install the MSA for Sales Cloud Quickstart.
View and Edit the Title Field for a Managed Obligation
You can now view and edit the Title field under the details tab of a Managed Obligation.
Microsoft 365 Review Cycle Enhancement
If a document is deleted or unavailable during a review cycle, users can now cancel the review. In addition, the option to end the review was removed.
Microsoft 365 Integration Column Header Enhancement
In the Office 365 Document Collaboration custom widget, the "Start Time" and "End Time" column headers were changed to "Start Date" and "End Date".
To improve visibility, popup windows now display in front of a gray loading mask that covers the rest of the application screen.
