Requesting a Quote feature is now available in Partner Commerce application. Previously, this feature was available only in Digital Commerce. With this feature, as a Partner user, you can:

  • Create a quote for a customer so that you can present the quote with the requested products, services, and pricing to the customer.
  • View and track quotes for your customers.
  • Edit the header and line items in a requested quote to add, change, and delete items in draft stage.
  • View and manage details of a requested quote created by the customer or created for the customer.
  • Accept the quote on behalf of the customer after receiving confirmation from the customer.

Customized Cart Views for the Cart Details Page

An administrator can now expose more fields to the user on the cart details page using the CPQ Admin console. The administrator can choose the fields to display, sequence those fields, and set editable fields.

As an end user, you can create cart views and select fields (from the fields made available by the administrator) to be displayed on the cart details page.

Application of Multiple Promotions and Coupons with AND and OR Conditions

Digital Commerce now supports application of promotions and coupon codes with AND and OR condition.

Performing Bulk Actions

With the bulk action drawer, you can select multiple products from the catalog and cart items from the manage cart page to perform multiple actions.

Favorite Configurations

The Save as Favorite feature enables you to save a cart configuration for reuse. The saved configuration can be used multiple times in the same quote or across different quotes. A saved configuration includes all the selected products on the cart with the options and attributes defined within the product. The configuration can be made public for all users or private to the user who saved the configuration.

Cloning Primary Line Items

You can clone primary line items and modify it as per your requirement. This feature eliminates the need for you to start configuring a line item from scratch.

Enhancements

The following enhancements are new in this release.

TurboPricing Support for Asset Based Ordering (ABO)

Previously, to handle ABO actions on the cart, classic pricing was used. With the May '22 release, TurboPricing support is added for ABO. You can now use TurboPricing for adding asset line items to the cart and checkout.

Real-time Display of Categories and Products From Active Cart

Previously, switching two different pricelist carts, the application had to be refreshed or you had to re-login to see the categories and products from the selected pricelist.

Now, changing the active cart with a different pricelist displays the categories and products of the selected pricelist on cart in real-time.

Build and Consume Frontend or APIs for Catalog Translations

Turbo data APIs can now be used to translate Category names, option group names, and attribute group names. You can even search using the translated category names, option group names, or attribute group names.

Application URL Redirection

Previously, when trying to access the Quote or Asset record page, the system redirected to the Home page (for Digital Commerce) and Orders dashboard (for Partner Commerce).

With this release, after logging in to the application you will be redirected to the correct record whether Quote, Asset, Order and more.
