New Features

Following are the new features introduced in this release:

Ability to load DocuSign templates into Apttus

DocuSign for Apttus now enables you to load your DocuSign Templates into Apttus. When you send a document for eSignature, an envelope is created which contains your document and then it is sent to your recipients. Templates enable you to define how your envelope will look like when it is sent to your recipients. This feature is governed by the DocuSign Templates Enabled custom setting in system properties.

Ability to auto-select all attachments while sending for eSignature

DocuSign for Apttus now enables you to auto-select all the documents while sending them for eSignature. This feature is controlled by the Select All Attachments custom setting. When checked, all the documents in Add Attachments page are auto-selected by default after you click eSignature.

Ability to add private notes for recipients

DocuSign for Apttus now enables you to add private notes for your recipients. The message that you enter in the Notes text box will be displayed in the email, as a private message sent to the recipient for eSignature. This private message also appears on your DocuSign Review page when you click Review Document from your email. You can add this note on the DocuSign Recipient page.

Ability to associate Brand ID from DocuSign account as a parameter

DocuSign for Apttus now enables you to associate a different brand for different types of agreements. You can customize the signing experience for customers based on the agreement factors.

New Enhancements

Following are the new enhancements introduced in this release:

Ability to utilize the default values of reminders and expiration

DouSign for Apttus now enables you to utilize the default values defined in the DocuSign account if the values of Reminders and Expiration fields are left blank.

Recipient level emails

DocuSign for Apttus now enables you to utilize the email subject and email body defined at the envelope level if you have not mentioned email subject and email body at recipient level while finalizing in DocuSign.
