The following features are new to Intelligent Workflow Approvals in this release.
Auto Escalation
This feature allows you to escalate an approval step to the next person in the chain if not completed in a given time frame. You can perform this action based on a time trigger or manually by the submitter.
Sub-Process Rule-based Approvals
This feature allows you to specify multiple approvers within one single rule that need to perform one specific action. For example, if there are three steps that the Legal Operations group needs to approve, then it can be created as an approval rule for legal ops. This rule can be re-used across multiple approval processes.
