Conga Orchestrate is not compatible with the Guest User profile in Salesforce Communities.
Steps to configure the end-user security profile.
In Setup, enter Profiles in the Quick Find.
Select the profile for End Users. You can enable and disable the Enhanced Profile Editor from Setup > Customize > User Interface > Check/Un-Check Enable Enhanced Profile User Interface. If you are unsure how to match up these settings with the Enhanced Editor, temporarily disable it while configuring Conga Orchestrate.
Click Edit. Enter the settings below.
Check the Conga Orchestrate Visible checkbox in Custom App Settings.
Select Default On from the Custom Reports drop-down list box.
Select Default Off from the Default Teams drop-down list box.
Select Default On from the Definition Initiators drop-down list box.
Select Default On from the Definitions drop-down list box.
Select Default Off from the Process Team Members drop-down list box.
Select Tab Hidden from the Conga Orchestrate Setup drop-down list box.
Select Default Off from the Virtual Steps drop-down list box.
Select Default On from the Conga Orchestrate Help drop-down list box.
Select Default Off from the Process Groups drop-down list box.
Select Default On from the Process Tasks drop-down list box. If you are not utilizing Process Tasks, set this to Default Off.
Select Default Off from the Recurring Business Processes drop-down list box.
Select the Read, Create, Edit and Delete checkboxes for:
Business Processes
Default Team Members
Step Reassignments
Team Members
Virtual Steps
Process Archive
Process Groups
Process Tasks
Delayed Steps
Recurring Business Processes
Select the Read checkboxes for:
Callout Error Queues
Custom Reports
Definitions
Definition Criteria
Definition Initiators
Definition Initiators Criteria
Process Team Members
Stages
Steps
Step Assignments
Step Creation Conditions
Step Field Updates
Click Save.
Go to Selected Record Type.
Select Edit next to Business Processes and remove the Sample Process Record Type from the Selected Record Types list.
Click Save.
Go to the Enabled Visualforce Page Access section and select Edit.
Enable Visualforce Page Access to all the pages that begin with "FSTR".
