Salesforce has deprecated its Workflow Rules feature in favor of Salesforce Flow. Orchestrate dependencies cannot be carried forward on Workflow Rules and have been replaced with Flow rules. To avoid conflicts, before any update to Flow-enabled Orchestrate instances, you must disable the deprecated workflow rules. 

To disable Workflow Rules:

  1. Go to Setup > Workflow Rules.

  2. Click Deactivate adjacent to the workflow rule. 

Look for the following rules to deactivate: 

  • Email When Assigned to Queue (Process Step)
  • Email When Assigned to Queue (Test PCE Step)

Flows Activation

When you have upgraded to the latest Orchestrate version, activate the Salesforce Flow replacements: 

  1. Go to Setup > Flows.

  2. Select:

    • Email When Assigned to Queue
    • Email When Assigned To Queue Test PCE Step

  3. Click Activate.
