You can initiate a definition and kick-start your business process even if your business process does not meet the entry criteria. 

To Initiate a Definition:

  1. Navigate to your definition.
  2. Click the Initiate Definition button. The business Process search bar appears with the most recently updated business process displayed on top. 
  3. Select a business process from the list displayed. You can also type the ID of the business process to search it

The business process is successfully initiated and the pop-up message displays a success message along with a link to navigate to the created record.
