This section describes step-by-step instructions to upgrade your Partner Commerce application and SDK from Summer '20 Patch 1 to Winter '20.

To upgrade Partner Commerce application

  1. Go to Setup > Installed Packages.

  2. Refer to the following table to ensure that your Salesforce org has the Summer '20 Patch 1 packages installed and you have the Winter '20 packages and dependent packages to upgrade. These packages are required to utilize the new features and enhancements of Winter '20.

  3. Perform the upgrade. The upgrade procedure is the same as the installation procedure. Install the required managed package in the same order as mentioned in the table above. For detailed information on installing managed packages, see Installing Partner Commerce Package.
  4. After the upgrade is complete, perform the post-upgrade tasks.

To upgrade Partner Commerce SDK

Refer to the SDK Guide, and go to Upgrade Information > Upgrading the Partner Commerce Template from Summer '20 Patch 1 to Winter '20. Perform the following tasks:

  1. Update to Angular 10

  2. Replace ngx-gallery with ngx-gallery-9

  3. Upgrade your other dependencies

  4. Install "ladda" and "core-js"

  5. Move the Roboto font SCSS file to styles.scss

  6. Turn off Ivy

  7. Update the Product detail component

  8. Update the Product detail resolver
