Assign Conga Quote Generation Licenses

Use the Conga Quote Generation for Salesforce CPQ permission set to assign Salesforce users Conga Quote Generation licenses and the necessary profile permissions. This permission set includes permission set licenses that entitle assigned users access to Conga Quote Generation.

Important

You must use the Conga Quote Generation for the Salesforce CPQ permission set to assign Conga Quote Generation licenses. Conga Quote Generation licenses cannot be assigned through the Conga Quote Generation installed package.

To assign Conga Quote Generation licenses:

1. Navigate to Salesforce Setup and select Permission Sets in the Users section.
2. Click the Conga Quote Generation for Salesforce CPQ Permission Set.
3. Click Manage Assignments.
4. Click Add Assignments.
5. Select the desired user records and click Assign to assign the permission set.

Users assigned the Conga Quote Generation for Salesforce CPQ permission set are fully licensed to access and use Conga Quote Generation.
