Conga Batch can consume a large number of API requests in a short period of time. To ensure that you have enough API requests for other Salesforce interactions, we recommend setting an “API floor” value on the Conga Batch Setup tab.
The API floor prevents Conga Batch from running if your total available API requests are equal to or less than the API floor value. If you do not enter a value for the API floor, Conga Batch will default the API floor value to 10% of your total API requests.
