June 2023 Release Announcement

• Microsoft Office 365 real-time collaboration offers a way for multiple people and parties to collaborate and negotiate on the same agreement document simultaneously and view live changes in real-time using the Microsoft Office 365 application. This capability brings more agility and visibility into contract negotiation, increases speed to execution and eliminates back-and-forth emails during the review process. 
• Slack enhancements made to the integration and capabilities released in Feb ‘23. The Slack integration offers customers the ability to create collaborative and transparent “deal rooms” in Slack for contract authoring, review, and negotiation so that contracts can get from ideation to signature quickly.  
• Chinese Language Support – Conga Contracts for Salesforce can now read the Chinese language to compare characters and identify what has changed between contract versions. This is the first non-Latin-based language supported.  

• Improvements made to the wizard, activation screen, and with third-party signature integrations among other feature improvements 
• Integration to the Conga Platform which is the first step to improve the speed and performance of the contracting process services like review and merge service and document generation for example 
• Ability for customers to sync their CLM data between the Salesforce application and the Conga Platform will be generally available in November. Customers must be on this June 2023 release to take advantage of this.  

• Identify contracts with non-standard terms - Mitigate potential risk in contracts more easily by seeing the extracted clauses as compared to standard clauses from the clause library with the differences highlighted and the ability to accept as is, modify or swap with the standard clause.  
• Ability to skip review for selected contract types during the mapping stage in which case the review can go to the “complete” status without getting the extracted data manually reviewed by the user.  This improves the speed of building the intelligent contract repository and removes a manual step for users with bulk contract import projects. 
• We are making good progress in building Conga Contract Intelligence capabilities into the new web application on the Conga Platform. The Conga Contract Intelligence web application will be generally available in January 2024, along with APIs available for customers that would like to embed CCI services in any of their existing applications.  

• We are making good progress in building Conga Contracts capabilities into the new Conga CLM web application on the Conga Platform. This application will be generally available in May 2024 for you to start planning your migration timing.  
• In addition to new features, this CLM web application offers an improved user experience, better performance, deeper connectivity to other Conga applications and allows Conga to innovate faster on it.

CPQ on Conga Revenue Lifecycle Cloud 

• We are making good progress in moving capabilities to the Conga Platform in a staged approach and will have the following features available in June through the Salesforce user interface: 

• • Configure products using attribute rules (AVM)
  • Applying price ramps on cart line items
  • Usage-based pricing 
  • Ad-hoc totaling in cart 
  • Enable/Disable/Hide cart actions using business rules 
  • Large cart support (10k line items)   

In addition to these enhancements, we also have all CPQ APIs available with the Conga Cloud for customers that would like to embed CPQ services in any of their existing applications. 

• Legacy Asset Billing
  • The ability to quickly add existing customers into Conga Billing without requiring costly manual entry of each existing customer to now be billed through Conga Billing.
• Billing Proration Enhancement
  • Provides flexibility for customers to select what billing period they want to bill a customer any rounding differences that arise from pro-rating amounts over more than one billing period.
• Preview Mode for Manual Invoice Runs
  • Improves efficiencies and the user experience by providing a preview of what a manual invoice run job will create without creating any invoices/credit memos to avoid unintended invoices that will then have to be corrected.
