Contracts

Conga Contracts for Salesforce
  • Quick start configuration (benefit to net-new customers): Fully functional contracting workflows in Salesforce in as little as two hours, for less implementation cost, out-of-the-box templates and processes for customers to add their legal language to, best practice guidance on effectively setting up a clause library, one-click configuration for processes like requesting a contract, creating an NDA or MSA​
  • Automated Obligation Management (benefit to existing and net-new customers): Create associated obligations upon contract activation and relate to clauses in the clause library, Quickly understand "what am I obligated to in this contract and with this account", automatically flag any obligation with edited clause language for review, out-of-the-box obligation reports for easy visibility​
Conga CLM for Salesforce
  • Store executed agreements with large files (now 2gb, up from 10mb)
  • Office 365 Automate Completed Review Cycles (Similar to CLM’s parallel review, the reviewer’s response to the email they received will now automatically end the review cycle in CLM)​
  • Send documents as part of activation email notification ​(now customers easily send activation notifications to specific people with the contract attached from CLM)​
    • This helps users avoid having to go to the record to see the activated contract when receiving the notification as it will be attached. It helps the user who sends the notification from having to download the file and try to manually attach it to the email. Improving ease of use for all.
  • Send for Signature UX update ​(user experience will be more consistent with other CLM capabilities, like parallel review)
    • A new user experience has been implemented for Send for Signature (Wet). This UX is consistent with our existing features like Office 365 review, parallel review, etc. 
  • Office 365 Mixed Review update ​(external reviewers will no longer be able to accept or reject changes, only internal reviewers can do this)​
Conga Contract Intelligence
  • Continuous learning AI will keep AI models up to date with changing business practices (early adopters)
    • Powers AI Models to retrain and learn seamlessly as users review & approve data extraction results

    • Training AI through customer interaction not in a separate process provides better results for each customer

    • Our AI models can better adapt to the changing business practices of each customer
  • AI Trainer (early adopter) Enables customers to create custom AI Models to extract unique fields, clauses, and terms on their own
    • This trains the AI models to recognize and extract custom data points using their own contract samples ​

Conga Contracts

Conga is continuing to make great progress in building out the features and capabilities you know and love in Conga Contracts, into the CLM Web Application, along with many more new enhancements to you.

We are still targeting May 2024 for the Conga CLM Web Application Enterprise to be ready as the earliest point for Conga Contracts customers to start migrating.

Document Automation

Conga Sign
  • Conga Sign for Web
    • Conga Sign for Web is our web application that will allow users to receive data and documents from any CRM, ERP, or data source and send them out to prospects and customers for signature. This will allow both Salesforce and non-Salesforce users to utilize a web-based eSign product and consolidate their eSignature vendors across departments. This product can be deployed via web application, API, or our Salesforce connector
  • Conga Sign API 
    • With Conga Sign APIs, customers can easily embed eSignature solutions into their own applications and/or websites for a seamless customer experience. Integrate common use cases like account openings, applications, terms and conditions, purchase agreements, and more directly into their portal or platform for a one-stop, branded signing experience for their customers. Conga Sign APIs will work alongside both the Conga Sign for Salesforce product and the Conga Sign for Web solutions.
Conga Composer
  • Conga Composer for Web
    • Conga Composer for Web is our new web application that will allow admins to generate documents anywhere to solve any use case. From our web app you can manage your APIs for embedded document generation use cases, all email and template storage integrations, create email templates, and copy merge fields for templates.
  • Conga Composer API 
    • The Conga Composer API will allow admins to embed document generation anywhere with data from any source. No matter the website, portal, application, or other use case (including pairing with Conga Sign), the Conga Composer API can solve your document generation needs.

Revenue

Conga CPQ
  • Currency Default on Auto Renewals: The currency of the auto-renewal quote now uses the same currency as the account, and not the user profile of the scheduler.
    • Sales Efficiency – This enhancement improves the efficiency of the sales process because salespeople no longer must manually change the currency on quotes that are automatically renewed since the currency no longer defaults from the person’s currency that is scheduling the auto-renewals. 
  • Progress Tracker for Asynchronous Finalization of Orders: Ability to see cart finalization progress bar on the Order Header page.
    • Sales Efficiency – Users can now see the progress of the cart finalization bar on the order header as it is running asynchronously and can quickly act on any error messages or move to the next step, once complete.  
  • Identification of Cloned Options: When a user is cloning the Option product while configuring a bundle, the cloned options are now easily distinguished from the other itemized options.
    • Ease of Use – Improves the use of the solution by making it easier to identify what has been cloned and what itemized options were added based on rules.  
  • Improved User Interface on Configuration Page: Any empty white spaces have been removed from the UI when an option group or product is hidden.
    • Ease of Use – Users no longer have to waste time scrolling through the page due to empty spaces and gaps in text from hidden options and products
  • Tab Added for Push Upgrade Option: A new tab has been added for the Administrator to schedule a push upgrade for a future date.
    • Ease of Use – We have made it easier and more flexible for the administrator to schedule when the company wants to perform a push upgrade
Conga Billing
  • Invoice Summary: Group billing schedules by category and summarize the total billed amounts for each 
  • Draft Usage Rating: Forecast and review billable amounts of usage before creating actual billing schedules and invoicing customers
  • Split Billing: Split existing billing schedules into two or more new schedules based on specific criteria - by date, percentage, or amount.
