As an administrator, you can customize the signing experience for the recipients by changing the company logo and color associations.

  • Company Logo: You can configure one logo for each language. If you do not configure a logo for any language in the business identity, the system defaults to the English language logo

  • Colors: You can define the colors your recipients see in the signing experience. You can set colors for the following category elements: 

    CategoryElement

    Branding: Controls the signer experience's overall look and feel. 

    Primary: This color applies to all buttons and top-level menu items.

    Alerts: Controls the appearance of various information messages.

    • Success: This color applies to success messages and to the accepted signature box.
    • Warning: This color applies to warning messages.
    • Error: This color applies to error messages and field validation tool tips. 
    • Info: This color applies to information messages.

    Signature: Control the appearance of signature tags before they are accepted.

    If you update these colors, you assume responsibility for maintaining ADA compliance.

To configure business identity

  1. Click the app launcher () and select Admin.
  2. In the left panel, click Conga Sign Settings > Business Identity.
  3. To add a company logo:
    1. Click Add Logo.
    2. Drag and drop the logo to the upload section, or click Browse Files and select the logo file on your local machine.

    3. Select the language for the uploaded logo.
    4. Click Save.
  4. To configure element colors:
    1. Click the colored square of the element you want to modify (Primary, Success, etc. )
    2. Enter the hexadecimal value of your custom color. 
  5. Click Save Settings.
