You can set the default and maximum expiry times for transactions in the Sent state.

  • Default: This value determines how many days after being sent the transaction will expire. If this field's value is set to 0, sent transactions will not expire. 

  • Maximum: This value determines by how many days the sender can extend a transaction's expiration date. For example, if this field's value is extend to 10, a sender can set the expiration date to 10 days after the transaction's default expiration date.

To configure the sent transaction expiry time

  1. Click the app launcher () and select Admin.
  2. In the left panel, click Conga Sign Settings > Sent Transaction Expiry Time.
  3. Uncheck the Unlimited check box and enter the number of days to set a specific number of days for the Default and Maximum fields.
  4. Click Save Settings.
