To utilize Conga Sign's API functions, you must first install OneSpan Sign for Salesforce and connect it to your account.
Installing OneSpan Sign for Salesforce
- Using the search field at the top of the Salesforce AppExchange, search for OneSpan Sign.
- Click the OneSpan Sign for Salesforce app, and then click Get It Now.
- Login to the AppExchange and enter your Salesforce login credentials.
- Click Install in production.
- Select the I have read and agree to the terms and conditions box, then Confirm and Install.
- Enter the username of your Salesforce production account.
- If you are installing the application for the first time, the Package Installation Details page appears.
- If you are upgrading the application from a previous version, the Package Upgrade Details page appears.
- If you are installing the application for the first time:
- Review the installation details, then click Continue. An Approve Third-Party Access dialog box opens.
- Click Yes, grant access to these third party web sites box and click Continue. An Approve Package API Access page appears.
- Review the displayed information, and click Next.
- On the Choose security level page, select Install for Admins Only, and click Next.
- On the Package Transaction page, click Install. The OneSpan Sign Installed Package Details page appears, enabling you to review the application details.
- If you are installing the application for the first time, you have only one Salesforce license. For additional licenses, contact your Conga Sign Representative.
- If you are upgrading from a previously installed version of the application, your previous active licenses remain valid.
- After the installation is complete, click Manage Licenses to ensure that your Salesforce licenses are assigned to the correct users.
Connect Salesforce to Conga Sign Powered by OneSpan Web App
Through Salesforce Classic
- Login as a System Administrator.
- From the top right drop-down menu, choose OneSpan Sign and navigate to the OneSpan Sign Transactions Home page.
- Click the Admin tab.
Through Lightning Experience
- Login as a System Administrator.
- Click the App Launcher > View All > OneSpan Sign and navigate to the OneSpan Sign for Salesforce Transactions Home page.
- Click the Admin tab.
Access your Production OneSpan Sign Account
Setup one of the following connection options:
- If you want to connect using your OneSpan Sign credentials, choose the connection method to be Credentials. Enter your OneSpan Sign credentials.
If you want to connect using your OneSpan Sign Account API key, choose the connection method to be Account API Key. Type your API key in the text field.
Your Production Salesforce account can connect only to a Production OneSpan Sign account. It cannot connect to a Sandbox OneSpan Sign account.
Click Connect. A dialog box requests the permission to connect.
Click Allow. A connection is established between OneSpan Sign for Salesforce and your Production OneSpan Sign account.
Once your connections are setup, you will be able to successfully generate Conga Sign API solutions. Below, see examples of Sign integrated buttons.

Transactions that are sent from Salesforce will also show up in the Web App. Transactions Sent from Web App will not show up in SF, however.
