A template enables you to predefine signers, documents, transaction settings, and signature tags for a transaction. Senders can use templates when creating a new transaction. The template data is used as a basis for creating a new transaction, which the sender can modify as needed. 

To create a new template

  1. Click the app launcher () and select Document Manage Apps.
  2. In the left panel, click Conga Sign Settings > Templates.
  3. Click Create New Template. This opens the Create New Template dialog box.
  4. Enter the template name and description.
  5. Click Save. A new page is opened to add documents, recipients, and configure transaction settings. 
  6. Add documents to the template
  7. Add recipients to the template.
  8. Configure transaction settings.
  9. Add fields to the document
  10. Click Done.
