As an administrator, you can invite users in your organization to become senders, allowing them to send transactions from Conga Sign. The User Management page enables you to invite new senders and manage the list of senders associated with your organization.

Inviting a New Sender

To invite a new sender:

  1. Click the app launcher () and select Admin.
  2. In the left panel, click Conga Sign Settings > User Management.
  3. Click the Invite New Sender button. This opens the Add New Sender dialog box.
  4. Enter the user's name in the search bar. The search bar displays a list of names that match the search criteria.  
  5. Select a user name from the list.
  6. Click Save.

The user will receive an invitation email to join your account.

Viewing and Managing Senders

The User Management page shows a list of senders. Senders are shown in gray if they have not yet accepted an invitation or if their account is locked. The senders list displays the following columns:

Full Name The sender's first and last names.

Role

The sender's role, which can be Owner, Manager, and Member.

  • Owner: Owners can manage and update sign admin settings including API configurations. Only the account owner has the role of Owner. 
  • Manager: Managers can manage and update the Conga Sign admin settings.
  • Member: Members can only send transactions. This is the default role of a new sender.  

You can take the following actions on a sender by clicking the More icon (  ):

Resend Invitation

Resend the invitation email to the sender. This action is only visible to senders who have been invited to join the account but have not yet accepted.

Delete Sender

Delete the sender from the account.

For existing senders
Reset Password

Reset the sender’s password. An email is sent to the sender with instructions on how to reset their password.

Grant Manager Rights

Grant manager rights to a sender. This action is available only for an active sender whose role is Member.

Lock SenderLock the sender to prevent them from creating a new transaction.
Delete SenderDelete the sender from the account. If the sender owns any transactions, instead of being deleted, the sender's account is locked.
