When you log in, Conga Sign displays a dashboard detailing all the transactions with their statuses. This topic describes the following elements of this dashboard:
The transaction list has the following columns:
The status can be:
Displays a transaction's recipients. If a transaction has imposed a signing order, its recipients are listed in that order.
|Displays a transaction's name. Clicking the transaction name, opens the transaction detail page.
|Displays the date when a transaction was last updated.
|Displays the date when a transaction will expire.
Each of your transactions is automatically placed in one of the following folders:
Contains transactions that you have created and sent, as well as transactions created by others that you have signed.
|Contains transactions sent out by you that are in any status.
|Contains all your draft transactions.
|Contains all your trashed transactions.
Contains in-progress transactions that require your signature.
|My Open transactions
|Contains in-progress transactions that you have sent.
Contains all your in-progress transactions that will expire within seven days.
|Contains all your expired transactions.
|Contains all your declined transactions.
|Contains all your completed transactions.
When you click the transaction name, it opens the transaction detail page. The transaction detail page displays the transaction name, status, associated documents, recipient who have been added, and transaction details. The transaction's owner can take the following actions on the transaction, depending on its status:
When you click a transaction name that is in the Draft, Declined, or Expired status, the transaction edit page opens. You can make changes to the transaction and send it for signing.
The recipient can take the following actions on the transaction depending on its status:
|Sign: Access the signing experience page and complete signing.
Download: Download the signed documents.
