Integrate Conga Sign Powered by OneSpan with Conga CLM for Salesforce to generate and send documents for eSignature using Conga CLM.

Setup and Installation

To access the package, you will need to request access from Conga Support.

Conga Sign for Web - Powered by OneSpan

  • Login to your Conga Sign for Web - Powered by OneSpan org.
  • Navigate to the API Access tab, click +Add and input a name for the Client App. This generates your Client ID and Secret. You will need this for the next step.

ESignature Setup - OneSpan

  • Navigate to the ESignature Setup tab in Salesforce.
  • Select Enable on the OneSpan Sign option. 

    For OneSpan Sign to function, Conga Sign must be disabled in this menu. 

  • Click the drop down icon on the left of OneSpan Sign and input your previously generated OneSpan Sign Client ID, your OneSpan Sign Client Secret and your OneSpan Sign Endpoint. 
  • Click Save Credentials

When creating an Agreement using the Send with Conga button, you will work in the OneSpan Sign user interface. 

  1. Click the Send with Conga button on an Agreement record with a supported document type in the Notes and Attachments related list. 
  2. In the Send for eSignature UI, select the file to add as an attachment. Then click Add Recipients.
  3. Click Add Another Recipient and add their Name, Email, and Signer Type. Click Add to List to add another recipient. Use the arrows to determine Routing Order.
  4. Click Additional Details to add a message to your Email. 
  5. Click Send for eSignature to begin tagging the document. 
  6. Select your desired fields (Signature, Signer Initials, Signing Date, etc.), drag and drop them into your desired position on the page and click Send to Sign to send it to the designated recipients. 
  7. The Status and Status Category fields will be automatically updated in your Agreement record as the document is modified by the recipients. 

Conga Sign

  • Navigate to the ESignature Setup tab in Salesforce.
  • Select Enable on the Conga Sign option. 

    For Conga Sign to function, OneSpan Sign must be disabled in this menu. 

When creating an Agreement using the Send with Conga button, you will work in the Conga Sign user interface. 

  1. Click the Send with Conga button on an Agreement record with a supported document type in the Notes and Attachments related list. 
  2. In the Send for eSignature UI, select the file to add as an attachment. Then click Next.
  3. In the Create Transaction UI, you will see the Add Documents, Add Recipients and Advanced Options sections. 
    1. Add Documents by searching by Filename in the search bar, uploading from your local machine with the Upload button or drag and drop the file from your local computer to the Drop File option.
    2. Add Recipients by searching for the Name or Account listed in Salesforce, or click Create New Recipient to create a new recipient.
    3. Under Advanced Options, add a Subject and Message to the email, set Transaction Expiration dates and Reminder Dates for the intended recipients.
