Managing Agreements
You can check-out, redline, negotiate, and send an agreement for review from X-Author Contracts.
Note:
Your system administrator defines custom permissions to provide access to the X-Author Contracts tab. If you are unable to access the X-Author Contracts tab, contact your system administrator. For more information, see Assigning Custom Permissions to User Profiles topic in Contract Management on Salesforce Administrator Guide.
Note:
Use a .doc format if you are generating agreements in the pre-FX2 format and a .docx format for generating agreements in the FX2 format.
