Conga Upgrade Program FAQ
What are Conga Upgrades?
Several Conga customers are on outdated versions of their Conga CLM or Conga CPQ software. This not only prevents them from enjoying the latest product features that have been released over the past few years, but their outdated software is also a major compliance and security risk.
Conga Upgrades is an initiative to transition these companies over to a more supported, more compliant, faster, and more efficient version of their software. With a more recent software version, they can realize the immediate benefits of using the latest Conga software such as new features, faster performance, quicker support resolutions, and a more secure and compliant customer experience.
Why should I upgrade?
In mid-October 2022, Salesforce announced the retirement of Platform Versions 21.0 through 30.0. We have determined this change will create challenges for all customers currently on versions prior to our September 2022 release. To avoid unnecessary disruption, we strongly recommend that all customers plan to upgrade to Conga’s latest release prior to the release of Salesforce Summer 2023.
While it is always considered best practice to keep your environment up to date, we realize that this move may be sooner than you had planned. We are here to support you through this process. Please see below for additional information:
