CX Studio
CX (Customer Experience) Studio is a low-code/no-code module designed for users of all experience levels. It allows you to create and modify object layouts, customize wizard layouts, and design forms for use within a workflow's screen flow. With its intuitive interface and drag-and-drop functionality, CX Studio empowers non-programmers to build effective solutions, enhancing efficiency and productivity across various business operations.
Accessing the CX Studio
To open CX Studio, navigate to the App Launcher () icon from the top left corner. This table lists all supported features:

| Object Layouts | Create and customize dynamic custom pages, such as detail pages, list pages, master-detail views, and forms for applications like CLM and CPQ. For example, if you need five pages with the same layout, you can create the layout in CX Studio, save it, and reuse it for multiple pages. You can also add custom actions to these layouts. Additionally, admins can edit the layout on the go while opening any page. |
| Wizard Layouts | You can customize multi-step master-detail pages, such as contract request forms. Admins can configure navigation steps, visibility rules, and UI validation to make the form dynamic and user-friendly. The layout adapts to user roles and entered data, displaying only relevant fields and steps at each stage. |
| Forms | Create and manage dynamic forms with customizable UI components for structured data collection. You can link these forms to Screen Flows to tailor user interactions and automate workflows efficiently. |
